I installed the U++ on ubuntu 10.10 and working fine.
I was trying it to install / run on windows.
Trying to run Button example program from new install.
Win 7 64 bit system.
I get following message for build, But no error message.
Further checking I found there is no out put from preprocessor.
Alt+F7 gives empty window Button.i.tmp
What can be error. Mostly I missed some install step.
I did install / uninstall 3~4 times.

3ms/file is a little bit too fast. I suspect something is wrong with Windows SDK.

Thanks for response,
Problem solved after completely removing VS express and SK,
SDK Reinstalled using iso for AMD64.
I had to add path to ci.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\bin
