Hello everyone!
I've made a few tiny improvements in TheIDE which effectively enable TheIDE itself with a little macro hackery to be used for generating simple application installators without any additional programming costs. I'll make a simple example soon to demonstrate this in practice.
The improvements are:
1) added support for external additional file dependencies in the package organizer
2) added automatic dependence parsing for brc files
3) improved the Build and BuildProject macros to support explicit output file names
4) added new macro EditFile to open a different package file or a generic file in the editor
