Sockets should now behave correctly in nonblocking mode under both Windows and Linux. This fixes a bug reported here concerning malfunction of HttpClientGet under Linux ("operation in progress"). During Linux compilation I also fixed a few calls to the IsWinNT() function from TCore/dbf.cpp which prevented its compilation under Linux.

Regards

Tomas
