In the dlg.lay file setting the width much smaller has no effect.
LAYOUT(DlgLayout, 168, 83)

index.php?t=getfile&id=3921&private=0

Is there a hard coded minimum width in the upp sdk or what needs to be done to make the width smaller?

Got it.
SetRect(...) width must be smaller, the size in the dlg.lay will take precedence to make it wider but not smaller.
