I'm running on WIN8. I need to run an app with OpenCV and MySql but I can't even run the SQL_MySQL example. First, I got an error with the MYSQL macro in MySql.h, line 44. Somehow that got fixed and now I get:

In file included from C:\upp\uppsrc\MySql\MySql.cpp:1:0:
C:\upp\uppsrc\MySql\/MySql.h: In constructor 'Upp::MySqlSession::MySqlSession()':
C:\upp\uppsrc\MySql\/MySql.h:82:52: error: expected primary-expression before ')' token

Could there be a problem with the fact that I don't use VS at all (and haven't even entered it into auto-setup) and only use MinGW?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
