AFAIK there is no book about U++ yet. The closest to that is the UltimateBook project which aims to automaticaly generate pdf from U++ documentation.
You can get most information by reading the docs here in the manual section, looking at the reference and examples and searching and/or asking on this forum.
Following Honza's explanation, we will upload the documentation so you can get a link to a .pdf of it in few days for an initial version (UltimateBook) and in a week for a more polished one.
This subject was left behind and maybe it is time to move it .
