CParser::ReadString has bool parameter that can be used to ignoring 'unterminated string' errors, meant to deal with specific broken files.

Unfortunately, the default was 'ignore'. This is now reverted, so that ReadString checks for these errors. While backwards incompatible change, I believe this will not cause any problems...
