I have updated website with reference topics altered by new topic formatting.

Actually, new TabCtrl topic is completely in the final style, rest just has code items headers altered:

GUI tutorial now also has a new critical chapter 16

Please comment. I understand that lack of good docs is now our main problem, I would like to know whether this is a good direction.

The new formatting is much more readable, I think.
