project rename project error: Renaming package folder has failed.

If a function is in theide and it does not work it seems like a BUG

Hopefully it can be fixed rather than removing it.

Lance was good to post a possible solution but I can see a lot of hours being spent before actually getting a project renamed or just giving up.
