If Topic window is open then neither Ctrl_Enter nor menu button works... Was that intented?
Edit: toolbar Topic button...

OK, for the moment, I hav fixed Ctrl+Enter to work in Topic++ too.

In future (the first version next year most likely) I plan to integrate Topic++ into main window (together with help browser and class browser).
