Invalid build method (.bm). [message #46761]

This problem is with a computer I got and I am trying to get setup. It has an Intel atom cpu, the system is 32 bit win7.

I downloaded upp-mingw-10100 I was able to run the clock example.

I installed other apps, java, Eclipse, etc and updated including Win7 sp1

When I clicked on the link to run theide 10100 when it first comes up I get the error 'Invalid build method (.bm).'
I downloaded upp-win-10108 and after a long search for a compiler trying to run any of the examples I get the same error in debug or release mode.

And I get the error shown in the attached image
