I have finally got courage to remove those macros from uppsrc...

Originally, years ago, they were meant to provide compatibility with code that was not designed for U++ in namespace. Today, using them was just nuisance.

Macro definitions still exist (in Core.h), but the actual use is removed from sources (replaced by "namespace Upp")

These two macros was, so cool and looks nice due to special highlight in TheIDE - I will miss them Sad
