Hello all

Some new features are included in ScatterCtrl data sheet:
- A new tab "All" has been added for all series that shares the same X axis
- Number of rows selected is included in context menu
- A new "Save to file" option is included, saving the data in a .csv file. Default file separator ";" can be changed using SetDefaultCSVSeparator()
