Hello guys,

I patched the CtrlLib.usc file and added ColumnList and FileList.
Also, I added a PaintHScrollBar() function (was it simply missing or intentionally left out?), which can come handy for designers.

It is now possible to represent ColumnList and Filelist widgets in layout designer. (row/list/column modes are visually respresented).
