Yes, they are removed.

The reason is that they were never ever used in 15 years.

If your code relies on ArrayIndex, I can create a copy in the bazaar or something... but then I am curious about specific usage scenario...

Thanks for the answer, Marek!
I changed the code, I do not need to include it in the bazaar.
Most likely it is necessary to remove the ArrayIndex in the documentation.
