For some applications, Date range (years -32000 - 32000) can be too wide (on input).

E.g. app can be communicating with 3rd part app and have GUI date inputs, which allows to enter 200AD era dates by default, while 3rd party app only allows dates past 1900AD. It is of course possible to set 1900AD as minimum date to all date inputs, but not quite practical.

Therefore there is now application-wide setting ConvertDate::SetDefaultMinMax - this (via Scan) solves this issue for the whole application....
