I have added a new rule: When main package is selected from the nest that is not the first one, its nest is put at the start of assembly list when searching for packages.
The rational for this rather hard to understand change is this:
I believe that in UppHub we will need to support duplicate main package names - while package names that are supposed to be used will have to be unique, I expect that UppHub modules will also contain some examples or testing code where the uniqueness will be hard to maintain.
This rule will allow to have such duplicite names examples for UppHub module and fix the possible duplicity...
