This functions copies all packages used by current project into the first nest (where usually the project packages are).
This is intended to "freeze" sources at release. The idea is that when you want to do the release of the application in maintainable way, you do the branch/tag and then use this function to have everything fixed, then commit all required packages to your repo.
BTW, the function is now in Project menu and I do not quite like it, as this is really a very specific operation. If you have a better idea where to put (or alternative better name), please suggest...
