A Germany-based web site http://www.opensource-dvd.de/ is offering version 2 (build: September 14, 2006) of its dvd which contains among other things Ultimate++ 605 (getting 5 points out of 5). The entire dvd can be downloaded as an iso image for free.

The site is in German only.
