[BUG] Show assembler output menu item stays hidden (requires manual intervention) [message #57361]

Hi,
Problem: The "show assembler code for [filename]" menu item stays hidden until the user manually changes the build method from the droplist in TheIDE.
Expected behavior: It should be available at all times for GCC and CLANG-based build environments.

Tested on Linux/GNOME
