Hello,
I would like to inform you that I updated Android Builder and it works fine with the latest Android toolchains (android-33 platform and Android 13). More details about changes you can find in #116 PR. Also, I managed to fix Android Builder on Windows. It now works fine for both POSIX and Windows. The changes will be available in tomorrows nightly builds (5th of December 2022).
If you find any issues please let me know.
