I have changed the header dependency code in theide builder - actually, it was one of leftovers from clang integration where I needed a better code to do that, but for 2023.3, out of caution, I have left the legacy code that does the same thing for builders untouched. Now the old code is finally gone, replaced with shiny new one.

Desired result is that building should now be slightly faster.

If you experience any undesired behaviour while building, please report here... Smile
