This I believe is pretty cool new feature: There is now a new "Replace" button in found result (for Find in files and Usage) which allows all these results to be replaced by another text.
What it gets us is basically ability to rename any entity listed by Usage. Want to rename method, type or local variable? Press Ctrl-U on it, then use "Replace" to give it a new name...
