Hello,
I would like to inform that our TheIDE distribution on Flathub has been updated to 2025.1 version. I also eliminated the issue with spawning host console when clicking on "Execute" button. Now, everything should work as expected. Also, app launch in that mode should launch outside sandbox. It means that even if Wayland is disabled right now in Flatpak, the apps should work with that mode.
