Layout designer clashes with SetRect [message #7082]

I use a .lay file to generate a top window. Afterwards I save the top left position, the width, and the height in an .ini file.

But when after restarting the application I use SetRect() to put the top window to its last position, only width and height are taken into account. The window is always centered.

How can I avoid this behavior?
