Zoom In / Out Buttons for icon designer [message #7606]

Hi there.

The attached code changes the Icon Designer "Magnify" button into a pair of "Zoom In" and "Zoom Out" buttons. I find this much easier to use. Possibly you could combine this into the main release if you think it is appropriate. The attached code is based on the 612-3 release.
