a) we are not creating X11 desktop (yet? Smile

b) you can very easily workaround the problem by providing a single application that does it all Smile

(and I bet such complete desktop application would be about 1/10 of those 30 Gnome apps combined size).

c) you can, RIGHT NOW, compile U++ to .so modules that would be shared. But this has package = .so equivalency, not really practical for "classic use".
