In SVN revision 1003; compiling with VC2005

If I try to use

static StaticConditionVariable var;

void func()
{
  var.Get();
}

I get error:

app.obj : error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol "private: void __thiscall Upp::StaticConditionVariable::Initialize(void)" (?Initialize@StaticConditionVariable>@Upp @@AAEXXZ) referenced in function "public: class Upp::ConditionVariable & __thiscall Upp::StaticConditionVariable::Get(void)" (?Get@StaticConditionVariable>@Upp @@QAEAAVConditionVariable>@2>@XZ)
