oracle.DisableUtf8Mode();

But anyway, thank you very much for your help.

It must work without disabling UTF8.

We need to debug to end.

Please, repeat the test on u++ with replace ROWNUM by IAN_NAME1.

Write the result.

ADD: Don't forget to attach the log file (in the same directory of exe file)
