we known every logfile the first sentence is like below:
*E:\upp\ouf\test.exe 26.06.2012 12:30:31,user:somoone

see the logstream:create,it getmodlefilename then use fromsyschrset ,but why not fromsystemcharset ?
it return the real compatible path
