But you can use packages build in OBS, they're now finally built every day. The repositories can be set up by adding something like this to your /etc/apt/sources.list:

# U++ nightly builds
deb http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/dolik_rce:/nightly/Debian_6.0 ./

# U++ release builds
# deb http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/dolik_rce/Debian_6.0 ./

Similarly for Debian Wheezy, just use 'Debian_7.0'.
