Now ScatterCtrl accepts focus and can respond to only key without any mouse.

Default options are Ctrl+'+', Ctrl+'-', Ctrl+UP, Ctrl+DOWN, Ctrl+LEFT, Ctrl+RIGHT, although they can be dinamically changed by using AddMouseBehavior(), AddKeyBehavior() and/or modifying mouseBehavior and keyBehavior arrays.

This last change has broken ScatterCtrl in Linux/GTK. Please fix it!
