Hi Jibe,

That is weird. The package was built using OBS, where the package expat-devel is available. Also, I found it using rpmfind.net, which claims it should be available in Fedora 21 (among others). I don't use Fedora personally, so I can't really test that Sad

If you can't find it in official repositories, the RPM can be downloaded from this rpmfind site and installed locally.

Please let me now if you find a solution, it might be helpful for someone else in the future.
