Hi Mirek,
Yes, I can help to prepare the PAD xml file and also do all the submissions. The most effective way is to do submissions by hand so it will take some time to go through the list of PAD sites. However, once the PAD file is listed, most sites will auto-poll the xml file and update any changes in future.
Perhaps, when http://www.ultimatepp.org or other is set up I can help. The PAD file and U++ program will have to be hosted on U++ site. You will need a specific e-mail address for verification and contact purposes.
And, in most software directories, they allow only the software author, publisher or authorized agent to submit.
