Just for your information.

TCore cannot be build because:
xml.cpp(1) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'webmap_i/webmap.h': No such file or directory

TCtrlLib cannot be build because DocTypes is missing.
fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'DocTypes/DocTypes.h': No such file or directory

Well, I vote for excluding these packages.

Perhaps, if anybody is using anything important, do not stay silent.

I think the one important thing is simple DBF support. I can move it to "plugin/dbf".
