- splitter issue fixed
- libclang / assist now works

- After some experimenting, I have decided to ignore fat binaries for now and actually drop macos installation - by actually makeing posix install work with macos (so far in progress).

Hello,

today I wanted to upgrade my macos (Mojave) distro more than 1 year old.
I was not able to compile the theide. Perhaps I must upgrade before the SO on mac because many warning were displayed during the installation. However I moved the old theide in the new upp folder and everything was OK.
