Ultimate Member

- Alt+J, when standing on layout template name ("WithDialogLayout"), jumps to Layout designer (and the layout)

- Packages sorted by name

- Assist parameter info popup now better placed

- PDB debugger now shows tooltips for variable values (if mouse is at them in editor)

I have found a bug with package sorting.
When i do a right click on a package and select build package, the wrong package is built
