As you all know, comment-dividers are widely used among C++ programmers:
//---------------------------------------------------------------------------
void KZ104Device::UpdateUI()
{...
I propose editor drawing semi-transparent dotted line just above new class/function implementation (in the same line, on top pixels row). This will save additional lines of comment-dividers and add visual differences to different functions. I also propose making this ability optional together with its color customized.

I mean something like this:

OK.

Actually, I plan something similar, but perhaps better. At the start of each function there will be, in the bar, icon - clicking it will get you to documentation for function.

But once again, for this to work well (both things), we need a better parser...
