I just noticed that in all my grids, the in place editing now only works if you select a cell and press enter.

Strange, in my test app oneclickedit works ok. Could you post a test case? Meybe there is something specific in your code.
BTW: Hiding/Showing columns in proportional (default) mode is now fixed.

I am using 2008.1beta2 although on the about screen it says 2008.1beta.

Ok, I know now Smile You have to also enable editing: grid.Editing(). I think OneClicEdit could enable this flag automaticaly. For now add Editing().
