I've attached a screen shot. This is a standard XP box/standard theme. When you search using the GridCtrl, the field you are searching on (??) turns black and the default highlight is dark blue. It's very hard to read. Is there something that can be done? Maybe just leave all the fields white (the default for highlighted text).

I've been trying to fix it, please check latest svn if it works for you.
