Anyway, I would like to add this to Bazaar as it should be helpful to others. I'd also like some feedback from anyone in regards to coding style.

Just for supporting your idea, putting this to Bazaar:
I'm planning a web based project and it will be helpful for me, I think. I checked the code and I found it useful.

Btw, I would not do that thigs in ScgiServer's constructor, rather in some methods.
