Hello,

I just wanted to wish a Merry Christmas to all this wonderful community.

I love U++, and most importantly, I love the U++ community which is the best one ever. Always welcoming, respectful, smart, trying to provide the best solutions to everyone.

Thank you everyone for being part of this community, and of course thanks to the core team for the most powerful and easy to use C++ framework that will ever exist.

Best wishes to all,
Lionel

Happy New Year!

And as a form of new year's resolution, I am going to branch U++ for 'Rainbow' project development today... Hopefully, it will kick us into right direction with respect to extending U++ to more platforms.

Happy new year!

To give this year a good start today I replaced ide's QuickTabs with TabBar. We were working (James [mrjt] and me) on TabBar for quite a long time, unfortunately with few long breaks. Anyway finally it's here with few interesting features:

1. It can be top, left, right or bottom aligned
2. It supports stacking (files with the same name are grouped on one tab)
3. Close button can be placed on the left side of the tab
4. Adding new elements to the tab is now much easier (I'll write about it later).

Before you run theide please delete theide.cfg. I was trying to keep backward compatibility but because of the new tab serialization I was unable to achieve it.
I also reorganized configuration window a bit. I hope it's cleaner now. To enable stacking go to the editor tab and select stacking checkbox. Please try new tabs and report any problem!

In this year I hope to find more time to improve theide and upp library. I whish you all the same Smile
