OK, so here is the plan:

Starting now I will be assigning some RM tasks to people who I think are best capable of dealing with them.

Please, do not take it as unavoidable duty - if you do not want or feel like trying to resolve the issue, simply return it back to me.

Sounds fair Wink Some sort of organization like this will probably just speed up the fixes and/or development...
