Hi,
I'm not sure if it is worthed. The tools from M$ might make it easier. But windows phones are on decline, see this article:
Quote: | In March, Appcelerator surveyed more than 1,000 developers and found that 87% were interested in developing apps for the iPhone, 81% for Android phones, 53% for the iPad, 43% for the BlackBerry, and a lowly 34% for Windows Phone 7.
|
That is just mine opinion, I'm definitely not discouraging you

Actually.... it is true that WinCE is out of favor, OTOH making U++ port is much easier than any other platform. In fact, there was limited success in the past.
The only issue I always had was the lack of free compiler. If M$ decided to provide free compiler now, I guess it might be worth trying.

The previous poster me is just a spammer - they sneaked links into my quotation
Anyway, even if there was a native SDK, I maintain my opinion that windows based phones popularity decreases over time in favor of iphone and android... But don't take me too seriously, I don't even own a smartphone

Well, I am not in favor of windows phones, but it is not unlikely that nokia deal can change this (well, at least, we know know that we do not have to support symbian, right?
