I have friend using this distro and he wants to use U++ on it. I have no experience with this distro.

On Ubuntu there's the PPA, on OpenSUSE there are packages in OBS.

What about PCLinuxOS? Anyone have experience with this?

Hi lectus,

You're really a distro hopper Smile PCLOS uses RPM packages, so it should be very similar to SUSE. You can try to download the RPM for SUSE and install it. It might or might not work, it depends on versions and packaging of its dependencies... Alternatively, try to download the spec file and sources from OBS and build the RPM on your machine.

Best regards,
Honza
