I am building binary amd64 packages for my software using linux Mint 17.3 (kde edition)
A client of mine reinstalled using Linux mint 18 (64 bit Cinnamon edition) and now they get a runtime error that the application can't load libmysqlclient.so.18
Low and behold that machine has libmysqlclient.so.20 installed.
I listed libmysqlclient (no specific version) as a dependency in the .deb file
Do I really have to build packages for every version?
