rc2 uploaded to sf.net, with latest fixes.

If there are not issues till weekend, I will make that one official 2017.1 release.

Please fix http://ultimatepp.org/redmine/issues/1598 too.

It is one line of code and I reported it on the forum like 6 months ago.

Hi,

Just downloaded nightly (10752) and noticed that on first start on Windows, it shows the license agreement panel with copyright up to 2016. I guess it's time to pump it up to 2017.

Skylark tutorial does not compile on windows with Mingw.
