So there is now file specific tabsize, package specific tabsize and global tabsize. First one available is used.

Output mode/Target override should be package local too.

Currently there is association, meaning if in package A you set a target and in package B you set another target, opening up A or B will work. But opening up a new package C without you having set the override will use either the override form A or B. Probably the last one you set.

OK, will fix that, but note that it is fundamentally different issue- tabsize became a part of host-independent package description (it is now stored in .upp file).

Target cannot be there (it is host and machine dependent), it is stored main package related .cfg file.
