Hello,

is there around an UppInstaller? I mean a simply way to package all application files in a folder, make a single exe that unzip everything in programs folder and and add few link in the start menu? Something very basic.

Thanks,
Luigi

Hi Luigi,

This is not really an answer to your question, but I've been using NSIS for the purpose for quite some years now. Never had any trouble with that once I got started. It's Windows only, though.

http://nsis.sourceforge.net

Best regards,

Tom

Thanks for reply.
I used the same tool, but recently I am having troubbles setting a 64 bit installation. After reading their forum and set $PROGRAMFILES64 the script no longer works.
So I am trying to use a new tool.
