in the last Upp trunk( maybe few update before aswell) the File properties option is missing :

This option allowed me to set up some custom highlighting for some file not ending by .h or .cpp. It was really convenient.
is it a bug or the feature has been removed ?

Hello Xemuth,

It is now under Project menu. I don't know why, but IMO it should be back to package... The previous version was more intuitive (right clicking on the file to set it's properties).

Because you have started moving menu items around? Smile (Not sure the exact story of File properties..., but pretty sure it was there before r15153).

Will move it back.
